HDR 555 Water recycling in high pressure cleaning

The use of the HDR 555 recycling plant in conjunction with professional high pressure cleaning systems offers decisive advantages.  Compliance with legal regulations in terms of machines and environmental protection and the reduction of water and cleaning agent consumption by up to 80%.

Description
High pressure cleaning is an outstanding technical solution to the problem of saving water.

A high pressure cleaner is more effective and environmental friendly when combined with a HDR 555 water reclamation system, which helps to reduce fresh water consumption up to 80 %.

Wash water arising from car wash, engine wash or parts cleaning first passes through a sludge trap to remove solid particles. Afterwards it is treated in the compact HDR 555 plant in such a way that it can be reused for the washing process.
When necessary, rinsing of cleaned surfaces is carried out by switching over to fresh water.
A comprehensive range of accessories allows building work to be kept to a minimum.

Technical Description:

The waste water that occurs during high pressure cleaning is collected in the sludge trap. Then it is pumped from there to the HDR 555 mixing tank, where built-in metering units inject preset quantities of RM 847 ASF special separating agent and RM 851 disinfectant. Dirt and oil are separated in this process. The treated water then flows through a safety filter to the storage tank and can be used again for further wash processes.

Application
Reclamation of oily wash water arising from vehicle cleaning, engine washes and parts cleaning with high pressure cleaner.

The plant has a capacity of 200 litres/hour.

Suitable for: Petrol stations, workshops, car dealers, haulage companies and professional washers.
